What would a university want to see on your transcript: Marine Science or Physics?

Universities prefer to see that you have taken the three major science: physics, chemistry, and biology. These are very important for them to see, especially if you are going into a science program. Universities enjoy seeing things that take you above the norm, but they place importance on a certain set of guidelines, which includes taking those major science courses. What would a university want to see on your transcript: Marine Science or Physics?
kind-of depends on what degree you are going for.

If it is water related - not too many of those - Marine Science would be the best pick.

It it is engineering related or health sciences - then Physics.

However, both are going to come in anyway so try to emphasize whichever one is most important. What would a university want to see on your transcript: Marine Science or Physics?
most colleges don't have a set preference. However, I would go with something to grab their eye...everyone takes Physics...I would go with Marine Science because there aren't that many people who go that route. However, be warned I have heard that Marine Science is HARD...but that is just me (I hate science ;p)
Depends on what you plan to study. If you want to major in engineering, physics has a higher weight.

For other majors (if you were to be a vet), marine science is more relevant.

Chances are, you can probably play it safe and lsit physcis.
Physics
Depends on your major and what you're more interested in.
