Does anyone know how I can obtain a Scottish high court transcript from a trial in 2004?

You could try the British and Irish Legal Information Institute web site at: http://www.bailii.org/scot/cases/ScotHC/

Or you could try the Scottish Courts website: http://www.scotcourts.gov.uk/opinionsApp鈥?/a>

If you need anymore help I would need a bit more information about the case you are looking for. Good luck.Does anyone know how I can obtain a Scottish high court transcript from a trial in 2004?
contact the court and ask the name of the court writer and if you are legally allowed to have a copy and a transcript exists

they are obliged to supply you with a copy, just as a matter of intrest expect to pay up to several hundred pounds they dont come cheap. the court writer will tell you if you are eligible to have a copyDoes anyone know how I can obtain a Scottish high court transcript from a trial in 2004?
If you know any lawyers or law sutdents, they should be able to find it for you. There are a couple of websites, but you need authorisation and a password
you need to know the parties present in the court at that trial.
