Your final exam score does not go on your transcript unless that is the only grade you will get in your class. Most classes will divide your total class points earned by the total class points available and whatever grade this is will be your class grade and will show up on your transcript
Yes they will. All colleges have a drop deadline date so if you haven't dropped the class before then or withdraw deadline date and receive a W on your transcript.
