The full citation is R. v. Ubhi (1994), 27 C.R. (4th) 332 (B.C. C.A.). You can read it at Westlaw (http://canada.westlaw.com/signon/default鈥?/a> ), for which you will need an account and a password.

Check with your school's librarian to see if there is an on-line library archive, periodicals archive, or law library to which your school has access. Many educational institutions have arrangements by which you can do extensive research on scholarly sites as long as you are logged on through the school's network or log on using a password you can get from the librarian or your instructor.
