Transcript sent off junior year, so what about senior year?

so im a junior in high school in california right now. I know i send my transcript, gpa, and SAT on my junior year, but what about my senior year? would it count if i did volunteer work or after school extra curricular activities like swimming or soccer? or what if i get a really good gpa?Transcript sent off junior year, so what about senior year?
Have you talked to the registrar at your high school? I ask because where I live (not California) transcripts are sent to colleges in the fall of senior year, and then there is a mid year report sent after first semester, and then a final transcript after graduation to the school you will be attending only.
