Is high school attendance included in your transcript for college?

I was absent a pretty large amount last year since I have a weak immune system, and I was wondering if attendance is listed on the transcript for college? And if it does, will it affect me from getting into college? Does it look bad if i have a lot of absences, but still maintain a 3.6-3.7 g.p.a.??? I am not aware that they see your absences. If you maintained the grades, I think that is their primary concern. If they do see your absences, I wouldn't worry if you can document the reason for absence.
