What would you assume if you found RNA transcript so lactos utilizing genes within e.coli?

I'd assume the bacteria were growing in the presence of lactose. What would you assume if you found RNA transcript so lactos utilizing genes within e.coli?
Agreed with Zeep. Also, glucose tends to shut off the lactose utilizing genes, so I would add that not only is it growing in the presence of lactose, but it's also growing in the absence of glucose.

Will it look bad that I sent my transcript to UC schools now?

The transcripts will probably just end up in a to-be-filed pile somewhere in the admissions office and never to be seen again.

  • Would colleges know you have credits from another college if you don't send a transcript?

NoWould colleges know you have credits from another college if you don't send a transcript?
Um, you would be lying on your application and therefore if they ever found out, they have reason to dismiss you from the school. You are required to submit grades and transcripts from other colleges you attended.Would colleges know you have credits from another college if you don't send a transcript?
No but why would U not tell them? U get credits at new college for courses already taken. Unless U failed some courses %26amp; were trying to hide that fact. U do not send transcript only those sent by 1st college are accepted as proof of grades. U need to request transcript be sent from college A to college B.

How does a person go about getting a transcript from a civil case from the 1960's?

Bristol County Massachusetts. I have the name but no docket numberHow does a person go about getting a transcript from a civil case from the 1960's?
Well you have the name of the case but no case number. Huh. Okay this is what I have for you:

This first link is to the Bristol Probate and Family Court. This is the closest thing I could get to as far as a civil courthouse. So good luck there. Try calling the numbers provided. They may or may not be at liberty to divulge the information. I dunno.

    Link 1: http://www.mass.gov/courts/courtsandjudg鈥?/a>

This second link is for a serach query. Obviously you don't want to give out the case number over the internet, so my hands are tied. You'll need to do the serach youself and hope for the best! The search box is towards the right hand top corner. The list may lead you to find more information, so surf a bit if you wish or hit a dead end with the search.

Anyway, I think that's about all I am able to do for you, honestly about all anyone can do. It's up to you now. Good luck! How does a person go about getting a transcript from a civil case from the 1960's?
call the county clerk's office and ask for information. be prepared to tell them why you need it as in law school, or class assignment. you will probably have to pay a fee.
Go to your local law library.
if you know who or the name is on that case you could do a search in the law library in the county building as well
Public Records search will turn it up, then pay a fee and get a copy

Can I remove a ';W'; from my transcript?

I took a class in Fall 2007 and I dropped it. The ';W'; now shows on my transcript, however I am currently retaking the class. I would like to know if there is any way that I can petition to remove the ';W'; from my transcript now that I am retaking the class. Thank You.Can I remove a ';W'; from my transcript?
It's usually not possible to delete a ';W'; for a class that you dropped after the add/drop deadline. Most schools do not allow this. That being said, it's worth asking.

If you can prove that you wanted to drop it before the deadline, but were unable to, that will help your case. Good luck! Can I remove a ';W'; from my transcript?
You need to check with your counselor. The process can change from school to school.
